We at Maryam Library Foundation are pleased to announce the appointment of Ayaan Raza as Executive Director for Community Outreach and Volunteer Relations.

Ayaan has been a driving force behind the foundation's success, demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment to expanding the organization's impact. He has been instrumental in recruiting and managing a diverse team of volunteers, significantly increasing the foundation's reach and effectiveness. Through his dedicated efforts, Ayaan has:

• Grown the volunteer base: Ayaan's innovative outreach strategies have attracted passionate individuals from various backgrounds, strengthening the foundation's ability to serve underserved communities.(see Kenya school video from one of the schools).

• Spearheaded book drives: By partnering with local libraries and schools, Ayaan has collected thousands of books, enabling the foundation to establish 40 libraries in Kenya.

• Organized successful fundraisers: Ayaan's fundraising initiatives have generated crucial financial support for the foundation's literacy programs.

• Led volunteer training and development: Ayaan is committed to empowering volunteers with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact.
